I’m a Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who believes healing happens through both words and embodied experience.
My approach is warm, person-centered, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. In our work together, we may explore movement, visualization, mindfulness, creativity, and body awareness alongside traditional psychotherapy techniques.
♥︎ And no — you do not need dance experience to participate.
Dance/Movement Therapy is not about performing, learning choreography, or “being a good dancer.” It is about listening to the body, increasing self-awareness, processing emotions, and discovering new ways to connect with yourself and others.
I strive to create a space where clients feel supported, empowered, and able to show up fully as they are.
